We performed chlamydia antigen test by enzyme immunoassay in 322 infants who were admitted
because of pneumonia. Clinical investigation and statistical analysis were done between chlamydia
antigen positive group and negative group.
The results obtain were as follows
1) Chlamydia antigen positive were resulted in 42 cases (13.04%) among 322 cases.
2) The mean age of Chlamydia positive and negative group were 14.2±6.2 weeks and 11.5±5.
